OCEAN 362 brings you modern "island to table" style cuisine located in the heart of Cruz Bay. The concept celebrates every aspect of what it means to eat local with a modern take on traditional Caribbean dishes and ingredients that are fresh, local and sustainably sourced. Not only do our purveyors follow a back-to-nature ideology, but you can find executive chef Paul Trujillo gathering salt from the local salt pond, free diving for VI spiny lobsters or foraging for exotic edible vegetation and incorporating it into that evening's menu. It is with this passion that the team of Ocean 362 successfully provides you with a one-of-a-kind Caribbean experience.
HEAD upstairs to our gorgeous third story bar where you can enjoy a deconstructed "Bean-a-Colada" made with a house infused vodka, pineapple juice and finished with a dehydrated lime zest & coconut foam. While sipping on a hand crafted libation you will face an open air view of the Caribbean waters making it feel as if you were floating out at sea. The bar program, curated by bar manager Josh Rossiter, explores the artistry and history of classic cocktails while contemporizing them with a local flare—everything from locally sourced infusions to bottled Caribbean Lime Cello to thoughtfully derived "mocktails" along with New World wines and craft beers add for a well-rounded beverage offering. Josh's libations harmoniously pair with the restaurant's "island to table" principals and perfectly accentuates the cuisine. Dinner reservations are accepted for the 12 surrounding bar seats so be sure to make reservations in advance as spots go quickly.
